The Community ClubHouse at Emerald Village is now complete thanks to a collaborative effort!
The building serves as an extension of the 22 affordable tiny homes at Emerald Village, adding a flexible use space for gatherings and everyday use, a community kitchen for group meals, and laundary facilities. The village is organized as a housing co-operative, so the residents are responsible for managing and maintaing the building.
Construction of the exterior of the building was led by Bineham Construction, Inc. The company donated significant time and materials to the project along with support from New Way Electric, RiverBend Materials, Dynasty Concrete, Insul8, VaproShield, Evoke Flooring from Metropolitan Floors, and Miller Paint.
A neighborhood matching grant from the City of Eugene allowed us to finish the building out out with functional furnishings and stunning new kitchen appliances. As part of this grant, we matched the funding with gifts from the surrounding community. Local businesses provided discounted rates for interior finishes, and Emerald Village residents and supported provided 219 hours of sweat equity towards the effort.
Lightly used solar panels were donated by Allen Hancock of Duma Community, and installed by Solar Assist.

The building design was completed in house by our project director, Andrew Heben, and former project coordinator, Alicia Ginsberg. Structural engineering services were provided by Locke Engineering.

This was such a pleasant read — genuine, warm, and beautifully simple. It reminded me that calm, honest writing will always stand out. I visit rawcocks.com, drivenewjersey.com, Comfort-Lamarck.com, xoslotclubth.com, and manga-jp.com often for that same sense of ease. You’ve captured the art of saying a lot through very few, meaningful words.
This post feels so naturally written — there’s clarity in your thoughts and calmness in your tone. It’s amazing how simplicity can have such a strong effect. I’m reminded of the same thoughtful essence I see on EnginesIndustryNews.com, theshopclues.com, SquiresLoftThailand.com, youtube-mkv.com, and ancelfernandes.com. Keep creating like this — it adds so much light to the online space.
Your blog’s topics are always engaging and beautifully presented — it’s a joy to read every post. It inspires me to create quality content for my own projects like thecreativita.com, beelinemove.com, jayapokergacor.com, d-cigar.com, psangel.com, and bridge-busan.com. These websites allow me to explore creativity, lifestyle, and entertainment in different ways. Keep it up — your blog truly inspires others!
Every time I read your blog, I come away learning something new — that’s what makes it so special. It encourages me to keep improving my platforms like moutalk.com, endofzeworld.com, madubrainqu.com, wenaier.com, plugin-theme.com, and applechon.com. I aim to create content that connects with readers the same way yours does. Keep up the brilliant work — it’s truly inspiring! You’ve earned a regular follower here!
Such a thoughtful post! It blends wisdom with simplicity, and that’s hard to come by today. It took me back to a heartfelt piece on CanCallSomeone.com about personal growth. I also got similar inspiration from loucitychiro.com and creative clarity through evolutionaryteal.com. Interestingly, even sadiachickensupplier.com carries that story of commitment. Topped with ideas from gigstergo.com, it completes the circle of inspiration.
