Land Purchased for Emerald Village!

We recently purchased an acre of private land for our upcoming Emerald Village project! It's a nice, grassy site in Eugene's Whiteaker neighborhood.

We met with neighbors a handful of times prior to purchasing the site to discuss our plans and address concerns, and we're excited to work with them to develop a village that is integrated into a residential neighborhood. It is, after all, a residential land use!

Owning the land will give us the ability to develop a permanent village, as opposed to the short-term leases that Opportunity Village has operated under on city-owned land. Stay tuned to see what's in store for the site plan!
