OUR Village Co-op: Schematic design is complete for 44 permanently affordable homes at the former Our Redeemer Lutheran Church.

Rosa Village Co-op: Initial site work has begun for the 52 permanently affordable homes along Roosevelt Blvd. in Eugene.

Peace Village Co-op: Permanent financing was secured by the co-op at an interest rate of just 2.65%, ensure long-term stability for residents.
